Abstract

New American Consul Arrives in Mombasa: The Mayor of Mombasa, Councillor Ahmed Mwidani, welcomed the new American Consul, Mr. Fagene D. Schmiel. The mayor thanked the United States for its support, particularly the provision of medicines to the Jomvu area. The long-standing relationship between Mombasa and the U.S. continues to grow stronger through such cooperative efforts. Mr. Schmiel expressed his gratitude for the warm reception. Another New Hotel in Diani: The South Coast is seeing rapid expansion with the opening of new hotels, catering to the growing tourism demand. A new luxury hotel will soon be inaugurated, designed by the architect responsible for Shimoni Lodge. The hotel will offer high-end accommodation with modern amenities, further enhancing Diani Beach as a prime tourist destination- Reported by Neta Peal
