Africa elephant goes for swim in Indian ocean: Remarkable images have emerged from Mozambique of an elephant swimming in the sea off the north coast Nauarro bay. Uncontrolled proliferation of ‘tuk tuk’ is yet another coast development failure: I have grown up in Mombasa over the past 19 years of my life I have witnessed with pride the gradual , yet thankfully not complete, deforestation as well as industrialization around the city. Marvelous make-over for Mariakani district hospital: Generous Mombasa  have donated kshs. 1.4 million in medical equipment and building materials for the Mariakani district hospital. Lion ladies support coast society: Before the lionistic year closes, the ladies had their final meeting on Saturday 9th June 2012, at the Lions Eye and Blood bank.
