Mombasa Show Dates Announced: The 2016 Mombasa International Show, themed "Enhancing Technology in Agriculture and Industry for Food Security and National Growth," will be held from August 31 to September 4. The change in dates from the initially planned August 24-28 was due to unavoidable circumstances. The event is organized by the Agricultural Society of Kenya. Coastal Tourism Stakeholder Talks: A meeting of the Kenya Coast Tourist Association (KCTA) and Kenya Association of Hotelkeepers and Caterers (KAHC) was held at Voyager Beach Resort and Spa to discuss tourism growth and development in Mombasa County. Giraffe Export to China: Africa has successfully translocated 83 Cape giraffes, including 20 males and 63 females, from Johannesburg, South Africa, to Zhengzhou, China, after a 21-hour flight. The giraffes are part of an effort to enhance wildlife conservation and tourism cooperation between the two regions
